I agree with all 43. I have to say that I’m guilty of violating both numbers 20 and 38. I’ve gotten to the point now on my site (even with the Face Lift) that I need drop down menus. As for number 38, javascript is behind my subscriber box on my ezine page. Aweber suggests using it instead of HTML. Hmmm. Must get an outside opinion on that.
